A measure of how well the pillow supports those sleepers who lay on their side and the angle at which the head is positioned.

A measure of how well the pillow supports those sleepers who lay on their back and the angle at which the head is positioned.
Resilience:
A combination of characteristics analyzing how the pillow's firmness, height, and support change with use.
