Could use a credit card at the bottom of the screen to get a couple of functions working but not many. Searched on Amazon for a new screen. If I remember correctly it was $25. If you have a knack for this type of craft or if you are feeling confident there are several videos on how to replace the screen. Be careful to keep all of the fasteners. Also, there are several ribbon connectors between the screen and the radio. Be sure to carefully and gently release the ribbons or you could have connection difficulties. Turn on the radio and check that the screen works. A connection may have come loose. From the first molded plastic to be removed, replacing the screen and putting the last piece of molded plastic back in place was about an hour and a half. That includes cleaning everything while I had the radio out. First time I replaced a touch screen and it's still working perfectly after almost a year."
