"When I first started using the Nav system it would cut on and off and finally shut down. When I was able to stop somewhere and turn off the engine and it would restart . When I took it to the dealer and they checked it out and it turned out that a software update had been issued 1 to 2 weeks after I had taken delivery on this Mazda 3 on 5/1/2024. They updated the software and there have been no issues since that date.The issue was was caused by the Traffic SignRecognition software; that was fixed by the update."

It is difficult to turn in the radio, access Sirius XM, use the Maps function, use Bluetooth, pair a phone, or do just about anything with it. Even the salesman/ product specialist had trouble figuring it out or explaining how it works. In addition, there don't appear to be any instructions anywhere (written, video, etc.) to help.""
