What Owners Say

Other in-car electronics problem

""My iPhone 14 Pro Max does not charge in the car charger. The light to indicate it's charging goes on and off. I noticed it immediately after the purchase & took it into service. I tried everything, moving the phone, taking off the phone cover, pressing it in place, nothing got it to charge. It's not a problem with my phone cover or phone, they determined that a smaller iPhone that's placed in one end of the charger will work. But my iPhone is too large for the charger to work. So that charger is useless. I must plug a wire into one of the many outlets and charge my phone that way.""
