""Rear window shattered while driving. At first, dealer told us 3rd party window service was required, and would cost over $1000. We called Honda Coporate and found that this was a known problem. We were told to call back our dealer and that this would be taken care of under warranty. It was completely unacceptable that the dealer did not tell us that it would be taken care of under warranty.""
