"Within a month of purchase, I noticed the speedometer registering odd numbers. One day, in mid-morning traffic, the needle would not move past 10 mph even though I was accelerating on a road with a 45 mph speed limit. Another day, I was driving a road with a 35 mph limit; the speedometer was registering 55 mph. When I came to a stop at a red light, the speedometer still read 10 mph even though I wasnt moving. I took the car back to the Honda dealer who had to order the part out of state; I was given a free courtesy car and picked up my vehicle the next day. I did not have to pay for the repair ($1500), as I had taken the extended warranty at the time of purchase."
