Chrysler Pacifica

"The motorized retractable headliner cloth that covers the double moonroof / sunroof has become loose after very minimal use. It's not repaired yet, but is in danger of getting tangled in the retraction mechanism if activated. The failure is likely due to either (1) failure of the motor(s) or mechanism(s), or (2) the sun drying out of the adhesive or glue that adheres the headliner cloth to the retraction cloth or material that it adheres to. Repair to be pursued next week with my local Chrysler dealer (cost to be covered by MoPar Extended Warranty)."

Local dealership lied to me, telling me that the van was beyond the 5-year extended warranty on this. By the time I found out that it actually wasn't beyond it at the time of first inquiry, I was actually beyond it at that point so that refused to do anything about it. Had they not lied the first time around, it should have been repaired for free under warranty!""

"Crysler refused to repair rust along the entire front edge of hood. even with 2400$ extra warranty. Ohio attorney general had to get involved. no less than 10 dealerships refused to repair the vehicle and Crysler would not pay for body shop. dealers are in a big fight with Crysler."
