Phone pairing (e.g., Bluetooth)

""Incoming and outgoing calls are muffled in vehicle and the other person. If I hang up and call same #again or they call me, call can easily be heard. If I turn off vehicle, and call comes in after restarting, same issue occurs. This started right after vehicle purchase. I called dealership service who suggested I have it checked when I had first oil change. April 10, service said it was a needed update. But problem wasn't fixed. They kept vehicle for 3 days April 30, it worked 1 time after leaving and then same issue. Working to get appt to figure out problem. This is very frustrating.""
