"We charged one time at a Level 2 charger on campus in cold weather. The car reported an error with electric drive unit. Took to dealer. After 9 days it was diagnosed as a problem with the battery coolant heater. The part was ordered but is back ordered with no idea when it will arrive. I have been without the vehicle for nearly 3.5 months so far with no end in sight."
