Road Test

Although smaller than the original, the SRX is stylish, agile, and competitive with other luxury compact SUVs. While the V6 powertrain may feel underpowered in everyday driving, it is refined and the car is quiet. Handling is agile and the ride is firm yet supple. Notable suspension noise takes away from the otherwise pleasant driving experience. Fuel economy is not stellar. The interior is plush and has a high level of attention to detail. Rear seat room and cargo space are modest. Visibility falls short. A more powerful V6 engine debuted for 2012.
