I have had Audis before and this generation of the MMI is very difficult to program and use"

"Poor phone recognition / connection interface is clunky and inconsistent. Sometimes it just will not connect and when my wife is also in the vehicle, it is difficult to get it to switch between devices. Often when you get in, it will begin playing the last music you were listening to on your phone (via youtube, spotify, etc) but the interface will not show up on the screen for the connected device. If you go to "select connected device" so you can control it via android auto, it will interrupt whatever was playing."
